"Off the King's Road" marks the playwright's first full-length production in New York. Previously he had two one acts produced as part of the Summer Shorts Festival at 59 E.59 Theaters. Of "On A Bench" the NY TImes said: "An excellent play with a surprising denoument..Funny and touching...The hightlight of the evening." And of "Fit", the NY Times also wrote:" One of the weirder love triangles you're likely to see...A daffy and diverting nugget!".. For this Theater for the New CIty staging, Koenigsberg is pleased to team up with director Stefanie Sertich whose two previous efforts at this same venue were the well-received "Havana Journal, 2004" by Eduardo Machado and "Heathens" by Heather Hill.
